Job Description

Bedelsford is a special school in the heart of Kingston providing outstanding education for pupils aged 2-19 Year with physical and complex learning disabilities and difficulties including profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex medical needs. We currently have 120 pupils on roll.

Bedelsford is part of Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT) which is a family of education providers operating out of sites at Carshalton, Hackbridge, Camberwell, New Malden, Hillingdon, Kingston, Croydon and Uxbridge. Bedelsford provides a stimulating yet safe learning environment enabling each pupil/student to achieve to their maximum potential whilst managing their specialist and complex physical, health and learning needs.

Person Specification

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher to join an established Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified class teacher, with experience of special needs, and will be able to demonstrate the desire and potential to move into a management role.
