SEF and School Development Plan

Bedelsford School has on going cycle of review and planning with the aim of actioning real and valid improvements to the school and therefore to the opportunities for each and every pupil.  Self-evaluation is crucial in this process.  Please read our Self Evaluation Form (SEF and School Development Plan) below which summarises our ongoing evaluations, outcomes, reviews and areas to action. The SEF and SDP summarises our key strengths and the areas we are focusing on in terms of development.

Bedelsford School continues to aim to maintain our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ provision and aspires for all pupils and students to achieve their full potential. We address this aim in the School Development Plan (SDP) 2019 -2022 in the following areas:

1. Quality of Education
2. Behaviour and Attitudes
3. Personal Development
4. Leadership and Management

The school is truly ‘outstanding’ indeed and we don’t mean just in the sense of how Ofsted have classified it.
