Secondary Sports Day
Secondary pupils enthusiastically took part in Sports Day on Fairfield Park on Thursday 29th June, cheered on by parents, carers and the Post-16 students, who acted as race officials.
Everyone started off with a lap of the park and earned stickers and points for their houses. Then the races began in earnest. There was a mixture of races some based on speed over the course, others on the ability to navigate around obstacles.
All the pupils tried their very best and it was fantastic to see such great sportsmanship with everyone being cheered on by a very enthusiastic crowd!
