Covid 19 update – Friday 20 March

Following the latest announcement from Her Majesty’s Government, Bedelsford School will open on Monday 23 March between 9.15am and 3pm to support the families of keyworkers and children we serve who have not been advised that they should remain at home or self isolate due to their complex health needs or any underlying risk factors due to Covid 19.

Family Support Worker

A Family Support Worker is available for pupils and their families to undertake a listening service for children and work in partnership with families as needed. This may be to arrange appropriate resources and help in assisting with accessing other resources in line with policies and procedures. This could also include liaising with families regarding parenting support, arranging transport, accommodation, appropriate voluntary sector resources, accessing after school groups, liaising with housing colleagues etc.

The school is truly ‘outstanding’ indeed and we don’t mean just in the sense of how Ofsted have classified it.
